How pricing works

We provide a fixed quote based on the scope of work, in USD, before the project begins. Payments are tied to verified milestones, not calendar dates. A pre-purchase or pre-construction inspection can be booked separately, before you commit to a property or a build.

No. Most of our foreign clients manage the entire process remotely, from the pre-purchase or pre-construction inspection through final walkthrough.

We document any change to scope and cost in writing before proceeding — no verbal changes, no surprises on the final invoice.

We offer a pre-purchase technical inspection so you know what you’re buying, but we don’t broker the purchase itself — that stays with your real estate agent or lawyer.

That’s the most common case among our clients. Every milestone is documented on video so you can review progress on your own schedule.
